Inspect headline clarity — does the value prop land in 5 seconds?
- Check primary CTA visibility, contrast, and label clarity.
- Audit accessibility labels (form fields, buttons, icon-only controls).
- Verify contrast for body + button text against AA thresholds.
- Flag broken trust signals (testimonials with no source, fake logos).
- Note mobile layout risks (overflow, tap targets, sticky-element collisions).

Build a short timeline: order date → delivery date → defect date → contact attempts.
- Extract order number, amount, currency, and key dates.
- Cite the policy angle without legal overclaiming (no 'I am suing', no statute citations unless quoted).
- Draft firm but calm — no insults, no ALL CAPS, no exclamation marks.
- Require an ApprovalItem before any draft is considered ready-to-send.

Always state that the trade is simulation only — no real broker, no real money.
- Define explicit invalidation: a price level or condition that voids the thesis.
- Define maximum simulated loss in dollar or % terms (no open-ended risk).
